16th, May 2024
Under the Maltese sun, our partners welcomed us for a sterring committee as part of our RunforDiv project.
During these two days, we were able to share our progress on the project. We are preparing the 5 European run that will take place between September and October and the e-run during the #EuropeanSportWeek, a digital race. As a reminder, the aim of the races is to promote diversity and inclusion in the world of work.
To better meet the needs of companies, we have carried out research into diversity, inclusion and gender.
To explain a little more about our digital race, it will take place between 23 and 30 September during European Sports Week all over the world. Companies will be able to get their employees to take part, either solo or in pairs, to complete as many steps as possible during the week. Participants can walk or run, and throughout the week there will be quizzes and missions to earn points.
Stay tuned to find out more about our races!

« Towards Sportive and Eco-Responsible Companies »
March 14, 2024
On the 14th of March took place the Move At Work’s second conference in Brussels, entitled « Towards Sportive and Eco-Responsible Companies: Presentation of the Projects Run4Div and M@W. » This event was a collaborative effort in partnership with the Run for Diversity project, aiming to delve into the intersection of corporate sports, diversity, and environmental responsibility.
Among the speakers, we were honored to welcome Floor Van Houdt, Head of the Sport Unit at the EU Commission, and Cedrik Colinet from the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the European Union 2024. Both speakers offered invaluable insights into the ongoing efforts and priorities of the Commission and the Belgian Presidency regarding sport and physical activity. They highlighted the pivotal role of sport in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within corporate environments, emphasising its potential to drive positive change on a societal level.

⭐ The second round table, « Company sport: How to integrate eco-responsibility? », was enlivened by feedback from Fédération Française du Sport d’Entreprise-FFSE on their experiences and difficulties, a description of Climate Workout solution and an explanation of the #ESCSE charter.

During our last COPIL in September 2023, our partners were able to observe our Parisian Diversity Race.

As a reminder, the Diversity Race is a race which takes place in September and October, for a dynamic and sporting return to company.
Run or walk solo or in pairs for 3 km or 6 km!
Corporate Social Responsibility and the Diversity Race share a base of common values: social cohesion, solidarity, equal opportunities and conviviality. The race, open to all, embodies the values of diversity in business with 3 duo classifications: disability, diversity and intergenerational.
This year the race took place at CIPALE where 200 participants competed.
During this day, they were able to observe the place, the stands, how the FFSE was organized, they were even able to run or walk depending on their preference in order to completely immerse themselves in this event which they will be able to adapt in their countries.
The day after this day, a debriefing of the race followed, we were able to discuss this subject and thus share our remarks, our ideas adapted to the project and the different countries.
It was extremely interesting to know the different policies of each country. It was a very enriching moment of sharing.
We invite you to stay connected for our next races!
