The first Latvian Diversity Race was held on 5 April! This first edition was a real success. In all, we had 101 participants (walkers and runners).
The participants really enjoyed the route through the Mežaparks.

We had a very good collaboration with the Dr. Klauns (Dr. Clown) organisation, who led the warm-up and presented the starts. This is a charity that runs hospital clowns in our university children’s hospital clinic.

Once again, the European Race for Diversity in Latvia raised awareness of the importance of diversity among participants and the general public. The event was enthusiastically received by participants and spectators alike, with many runners/walkers expressing their wish to see the initiative continue in other European countries.
Congratulation to the Latvian Sport for All Associations !
